Balance Transfers. Here's How it Works:
To request a balance transfer please enter the 15/16 digit account number from the MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card account that you want us to process a balance transfer to. If the total amount you request exceeds the assigned credit line on your new account, we may either decline the request or send a partial payment to your creditor(s). The amount of available credit on your new account will be reduced by the amount transferred and the related balance transfer fees. We reserve the right to decline to process any requested balance transfer. We will not process a request to transfer a balance from any other account you may have with us. Balance transfers incur interest from the transaction date. You should not transfer the amount of any disputed purchase or other charge. If you do, you may lose your dispute rights. Upon approval of your application we will process the requested balance transfer payment to the account(s) which you have requested on the 10th day after we’ve mailed you your card; during this 10 day time period you may cancel your balance transfer by contacting us at the number on the back of your card.
A balance transfer may take up to 4 weeks to post to your other credit card accounts. Continue to pay each creditor until the balance transfer appears on the other account as a credit. If you would like to complete a balance transfer from another account that is not a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card, please call the phone number on the back of your new credit card once you are approved. Balance transfers are subject to availability. We may deny balance transfer requests at any time and for any reason.
Paying Interest on Balance Transfers and Cash Advances:
We charge interest on balance transfers and cash advances beginning on the transaction date. We charge interest on purchases unless you pay your entire balance, which includes all purchases, cash advances and balance transfers by the payment due date each and every month. Your entire balance includes any balances you transfer pursuant to this offer. This means that we will charge you interest on purchases if you do not pay any balance transfers in full by the first payment due date. Please see your Cardmember Agreement for details on how interest accrues.
Cash Equivalent Purchases: The purchase of money orders, travelers' checks, foreign currency, lottery tickets, gambling chips, wire transfers and other similar transactions are treated as cash advances. Please see the Cardmember Agreement that will accompany your credit card upon account opening for more details.

About the Extra Points Rewards Program:
The following terms and conditions apply to the Extra Points Rewards Program (“Program”). Please read this information carefully. Use of your Extra Points credit card (“Account”) will signify that you have read and agreed to all of the following provisions.
The Account is issued by Barclays Bank Delaware located in Wilmington, Delaware. The words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Barclays Bank Delaware and its successor firms, subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively “Barclays”). The words “you” or “Cardmember” means the cardmember, authorized user and any other person authorized to use the Account. “NFL” refers to the NFL Entities (defined as the National Football League, its Member Clubs, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Properties LLC, NFL International LLC, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Productions LLC, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, collectively). The Program, except for the cash back portion, is administered by GSI Commerce Solution, Inc. (“GSI”).
Cardmembers earn Extra Points (“Points”) in the Program. Cardmembers earn Points in the following amounts:
Points are awarded based on Net Purchases for each NFL and DirecTV® purchase transaction at a rate of two (2) Points per dollar ($1.00) spent based on the merchant category code. Cardmembers will also earn one (1) Point for every dollar ($1.00) spent on all other Net Purchases on the Account. NFL purchase transactions are Net Purchases made at NFLShop.com, participating NFL team retail and online stores and NFL Team stadiums. DirecTV® purchase transactions are Net Purchases made directly with DirecTV®. Purchases not eligible to receive the 2 Points per dollar ($1.00) are any purchases that do not fall under these qualifying merchant categories. We do not determine whether merchants correctly identify and bill transactions as being made (or not made) at any of these designated categories. Please note that it is possible that some merchant categories may not meet our eligibility criteria. Additional qualifying merchant categories may be added in the future that will qualify for the 2 Points per dollar ($1.00).
There is no limit to the amount of Points that you can earn. Points are not transferable and cannot be transferred or sold.
Bonus Statement Credit
A statement credit in the amount of $300 will be issued to the credit card Account if the following criteria are met:
A) Cardmember must be an active DirecTV® NFL Sunday Ticket™ subscriber on 12/31/2012.
B) $750.00 in Net Purchases (that are not later returned or rescinded) have been charged to the credit card Account by 12/31/2012.
The statement credit will be issued to qualifying Cardmembers on the credit card Account 1 to 2 billing cycles after 12/31/2012.
There is no maximum number of Points that may be redeemed in any billing cycle. Rewards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. Rewards are not returnable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash or credit under any circumstances. Barclays, NFL and GSI have no liability in case of disagreement over issuance of or right to possess rewards or Points and have no further obligation once the reward is issued.
Cardmembers may redeem Points for a variety of rewards including NFL gift cards, certain NFL merchandise, NFL collectibles, NFL based experiences, and cash back via a statement credit towards any purchase transactions of $25 or more that posted to your account within the last 90 days. All rewards selections are subject to availability. Statement credits will appear on the Account within one billing cycle after the Points are redeemed. A statement credit does not constitute a payment and you are required to make your minimum payment due. Statement credit redemptions cannot be changed, are non-refundable and non-transferable.To redeem Points for rewards, Cardmembers should visit www.mynflcard.com.
Points will expire and be forfeited 48 months from the date earned Points post to your monthly statement unless your Account is closed earlier whether by you or by Barclays. Points will be redeemed on a first-in, first-out basis.
To participate in the rewards program, your account must remain open and in good standing, you must maintain your creditworthiness and you must use your card for at least one (1) purchase transaction every six (6) months (or have some type of account balance every six months). Failure to meet these requirements may result in account closure and/or forfeiture of all outstanding Points earned. In addition, if your payment is late in a particular billing cycle, this may result in the forfeiture of Points earned in that billing cycle. If your Points are forfeited for any reason, we will not reinstate these Points to your Account. You are only eligible to earn Points for family, consumer or household purchases. Purchases made for business or commercial purposes will not be eligible to earn Points and any such Points earned may be forfeited at our option.
General Program Rules
Points earned are based on the new Net Purchase (“Net Purchases”) which means retail purchases less credits, returns and adjustments that post to the Account each periodic billing cycle. When a purchase or transaction is not a whole dollar amount, any fraction equal to or greater than $0.50 will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar and any fraction equal to or less than $0.49 will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar. For example, if a Cardmember makes a purchase in the amount of $49.49, 49 Points will be awarded, but if the transaction amount is $49.50, 50 Points will be awarded. The following transactions are not considered Net Purchases and do not earn Points: Account fees, interest, convenience checks, balance transfers, cash advances, cash equivalents as defined in your Cardmember Agreement, and purchases made by or for business or commercial purposes. In addition, any Points awarded on purchases that are subsequently returned will be deducted from your total, and your Points balance will be adjusted accordingly.
We reserve the right to exclude from Net Purchases unauthorized purchases and purchases which are added to your Account after you are past due or over limit. Any questions regarding eligibility of transactions shall be determined by us in our sole discretion. Previously awarded Points relating to ineligible transactions shall be forfeited. If Points for credit, returns or other adjustments exceed new purchases during a billing cycle, we will report negative Net Purchases. No retroactive Points will be awarded.
Barclays and NFL each reserve the right to suspend, modify, cancel, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to alter, substitute or terminate all or any part of the Program or any Program Reward “Reward”, or to modify the Terms and Conditions of the Program or Points previously earned therein for any reason in our sole discretion. In accumulating Points, you may not rely upon the continued availability of any Rewards or Point redemption level for a Reward; you may not be able to obtain all offered Rewards. Any Reward may be withdrawn or subject to increased Point redemption requirements and/or new restrictions at any time. Should we decide to terminate the Program, we will provide not less than 30 days prior written notice to current Cardholders and reasonable options for redemption of such outstanding Points.
You are solely responsible for any taxes that may be owed as a result of Points earned and/or redeemed. Please consult your tax advisor if you have tax questions about the Program.
Points have no value except as used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program. Barclays reserves the right to disqualify any Cardmember from participating in the Program and to invalidate any or all Points for abuse, fraud or any violation of the Program’s Terms and Conditions.
Currently rewards include cash back and certain NFL merchandise, NFL collectibles, and NFL based experiences. Unless otherwise noted, Cardmembers will be responsible for all travel to and from each experience. Any Rewards that involve tickets to an NFL football game or the Super Bowl are subject to all standard terms and conditions of NFL tickets, including without limitation terms and conditions on ticket backs and in fan guides.
By participating in the Program, and accepting and using Points earned via the Program, you or any other beneficiary of the Program release, discharge and hold harmless Barclays, NFL, GSI and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, administrators, employees, officers, directors, successors and assignees from all claims, damages or liability including, but not limited to, physical injury or death, arising out of participation in the Program or travel taken or use of products chosen as a Program reward.
Barclays, NFL nor GSI are not responsible for unauthorized redemptions on your account.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program or eligibility for Points for accrual or redemption will be resolved by Barclays in its sole discretion.
From time to time, we may offer bonuses or points or other premiums (for example, First Use Points, First Use Certificates, and Promotional Companion Tickets) to new Barclays NFL Extra Points cardmembers. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, these bonuses and/or awards are intended for persons who are not, and have not previously been, Barclays NFL Extra Points cardmembers. You understand and agree that, unless we otherwise state, you are no longer eligible to receive these bonuses and/or awards for any new NFL Extra Points account after your first NFL Extra Points credit card account is opened. If you receive a bonus or award for which you are not eligible, we may revoke the bonus or award, or reduce your Points by the amount of the award, or charge your account for the fair value of the bonus or award, at our option.

Neither NFL nor GSI is a party to the Cardholder Agreement. You agree that Barclays may share information regarding your Account, including the account number and transaction information, with NFL or GSI for the purpose of providing customer service to you for the Program.
